I previously blogged about Ruthy's Bakery in Chelsea Market with the photo of Barbie... and I must have overlooked this display -- but WOW, I never cease to be amazed at the creativity of this place. Check out this diaper cake -- perfect for a baby shower. I didn't inquire about the price, but this is extremely inventive. Now, all we need is a stork carrying this load of diapers!I recently googled "baby cakes" and here are some more creative baby cakes from cake americas... i wonder if its edible though?
